I began my career as a policeman for the City of Scottsdale and left there after seven years to open my own repair shop. My background includes 2 years each with GM, Ford and Chrysler as an arbitrator and/or technical advisor. I was on the board for the BBB, I am a court appointed special advocate (CASA) for one young man and I host a few weekly radio shows about car repair and appear regularly on TV about car repair related issues. I was the original "NASCAR Consumer Crew Chief" for three years.

He has been working for Salem Boys since he was a kid. He got married in May of 2004 to his wife Heather. They have three beautiful children, Mark, Rex, and a girl named Lexi. We are all very thankful for Heather because she keeps Alan in line. There is nothing in the accessory arena that Alan cannot get, cannot install and cannot find for you. |

Ali works as hard as anyone I've ever seen, if she isn't just buried with work, she isn't happy. She is the spittin’ image of her mom but has the "take no prisoners" attitude of her dad. She is the Mom of my Best Buddy, Xander (Alexander). Nothing has impacted my recent life more than this little man who follows his Papa around and does what I do and that SURE keeps me from cussin' and drinkin'. |

She graduated from Valley Christian High School in 2001. After high school she went on to graduate from Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College. She now coaches volleyball at East Valley Juniors along with working at Salem Boys. If she is not working she likes to lay out by the pool, work around her house, shopping or playing with her nephews. The guys around the shop say she is sweet as can be . . . until you get her mad. She must get that "mean gene" from her mother. Andis hair color is different every week so this picture is at least 10 colors ago. |

Eddie has recently been promoted to Service Manager and Shop Foreman. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician with an L-1 advanced engine performance certification. Eddie graduated from U.T.I. in 1986 with an AA in Auto & Diesel Technology. While Eddie loves Fords, he is very capable of fixing any kind of car under the sun. I use him when I need a cool head on a difficult car and he never lets me down. |

He works with Alan as an installer of accessories. He and his crew are doing work, wiring, fabrication and stuff I could never do at his age. He is a quiet guy and has a great sense of humor. |

In junior college he played baseball at CAL. When he is not working he enjoys camping and riding quads with his kids. He is married with 2 boys Blake and Skylar and a girl named Dakota! He is the definition of a team player and definitely the guy I would want working on my wife’s car. |

Greg Shelby started working for Salem Boys in August of 2009. He does it all, from helping with oil changes, making sure all equipment is clean and in good condition to giving our customer’s rides home. He is a hard worker and just zips around the shop constantly with a smile on his face. Greg has a beautiful girlfriend and 2 amazing kids, Kaleb and Kelli. He says he loves to work with and around cars and anything that goes fast. A lot of what he know he has learned from his father, Todd (who also works for us)! |
