“Your shop completed the work and the a/c is working great!!! Nancy did such a nice job boxing up all the parts that were installed by Highland Auto (Virgil), that when I went to his shop to get a refund, there was no problem at all. In fact, he also refunded the money for a belt that he had replaced which was not a part of the a/c job. I asked that he keep the money for the belt ($15.00), but he did not. Virgil was very nice and from what I understand he will get a refund from the supplier of the compressor for the a/c, including the labor and a tow that he covered when the thing finally died. Thank you and your wonderful staff for your guidance and help in this situation. Nancy is a wonderful asset to your business. “A quick note of thanks for saving us over $700. Before my wife and I finalized the purchase of a 2002 Honda CRV we brought the car to your shop for a used car check over (RO#143112). Your tech identified a leak in the front struts; we requested our salesman at Centennial Leasing & Sales to inquire as to the repair and or replacement of the struts. When we met with the salesman later that day he informed us that "...he had never seen this before...their shop people had certainly heard about Salem Boys Auto and had such high regard that...if they say the struts are leaking then a second opinion is not needed lets replace them..."
