The Best Auto Parts According to Mark

Belts & Hoses

I’ve been to the belt and hose plant in Lincoln, Nebraska, I’ve seen how they make and test hoses and belts.  I’m convinced that my customers are best served if I install Goodyear hoses and belts.  They have a lifetime guarantee that can be handled by hundreds of Goodyear stores nationwide or thousands of us independents coast to coast.  Besides, they have a complete line of replacement hoses and belts for all cars and trucks.

If you are still not convinced that there is a big difference between a $1.99 belts and one in a Goodyear sleeve, go buy one of each.  Compare the plies between the top and the bottom of each of the belts.  Bend the belts back and forth, you can feel which one is tighter, which one is stronger and you can see which one took longer to make and has more parts.

Remember to make sure you ask for your old belts and radiator hoses back.  Put them in your trunk. You know they fit your car, they came off your car.  If you get stuck in a small town on a Sunday morning with a blown radiator hose or a bad fan belt, you'll be darn glad you took my advice.
